Client: University of the Sciences in Philadelphia Summary: The University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, Advanced Concepts Department is implementing a new Continuing Education website. Analysis: Specifications provided to BlueWave call for a clean, corporate look with minimal distractors. Color scheme would invoke established University colors. Programatically, we would utilize PHP to connect and manipulate an SQL Server database backend. Solution: ACUSP's direct competitors' sites are quite convoluted. Functionality, with emphasis on ease-of-use would provide an edge over these services. We implemented SSL-secured certificates as well as database optimization to maximize data integrity, efficiency of access, and reporting.
